Topics include general loss, parent loss, spouse loss, and child loss and will provide helpful ideas and resources to start the healing process. Participants can listen, learn and ask their questions.

In partnership with May Wellness, join Mayde Jackson weekly on Sundays for a gentle, supportive Yoga for Grief Relief class, a restorative yoga class specifically designed to support bereaved individuals to navigate emotions, release tension, and cultivate a sense of peace during this difficult time. No prior yoga experience is needed. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class will meet you where you are in your healing process. Come as you are. Heal at your own pace. Cost: $30 per class. Space is Limited. Registration is required to receive the link and information to join a class date – “drop-in” anytime!
Caring for someone through illness, aging, or disability can be both meaningful and overwhelming. This group is a welcoming space for those providing full-time or part-time care to a family member or close friend. This circle offers support for navigating medical systems, decision-making, and the emotional weight of caregiving through sharing experiences, coping strategies, and connection. We welcome caregivers both before and after their death loss at any point in the caregiving journey.
This group is for adult individuals who have experienced a death loss where substance use, abuse or overdose were part of the life/death narrative. This safe, understanding environment is for individuals who have lost someone to addiction or overdose, allowing members to share experiences, reduce stigma, process emotions, and find connection with others who have a similar loss.
A group for adult individuals navigating the complexities of sudden, traumatic, and unexpected loss. Join a supportive environment where others understand grief associated with a death loss in which accident, medical circumstances, substance use/abuse, or violent events were part of the life/death narrative.
This virtual monthly gathering offers women a safe and supportive space for conversation and connection after the death of a spouse or significant other. Hosted on Zoom, it’s an opportunity to share experiences, find comfort in community, and feel understood by others navigating a similar journey of loss.

An ongoing peer support and educational group for individuals 18-30 years of age who have experienced a death loss. Regardless of relationship or how long ago the death occurred, you are welcome to attend to connect with peers for support with navigating significant loss and the many life experiences that come with early adulthood. Participants are welcome to bring a photo or special object to share during group if they choose. Discussions range from story sharing to coping strategies to topic-specific conversations, depending on what is most appropriate for the group at the time.
Hosted every third Thursday of the month, the Reimagine community opens its arms to those navigating loss with our Room for Grief sessions. Facilitated by volunteers, these peer-led, drop-in gatherings are for you, whether you’re looking to learn about grief or seeking support in your journey. We leverage art, creativity, and prompts to foster conversation and introspection. Designed for adults across generations, Room for Grief is your safe space when you need it.
This ongoing support group is open to anyone who has experienced a death loss (including but not limited to death of a spouse/partner, parent, child, sibling, aunt/uncle, cousin, mentor/colleague, friend…). We will spend time learning about the grief process and connecting with others. Participants are welcome to bring a photo or special object to share during group if they choose. Discussions range from story sharing to coping strategies to topic-specific conversations, depending on what is most appropriate for the group at the time.
This group is designed for adult individuals who are grieving the loss of a sibling, at any age and for any reason.
